To use Paypal, simply follow the directions on our web site. We will send you a confirmation email of your registration once we receive payment notification from Paypal.
NOTE: It is NOT necessary to have a Paypal account to use their service.

REGISTER BY PHONE WITH A CREDIT CARD

If you prefer registering by phone with your credit card, please call us at 570.856.1324 and we can complete your registration over the phone. We will follow-up by sending you a confirmation receipt via email or snail mail.

REGISTER BY MAIL WITH A PERSONAL CHECK

We also accept personal checks. Simply print out the registration form and mail it to:
